Spring 2012

Congratulations to the 4x800 relay team for qualifying for the state track and field meet this weekend in Jefferson City. The team dropped 20 seconds from their previous best time to finish in the top four in a tough sectional. Congratulations to Kaitlyn Emig, Lauren Herrmann, Alex Holzum, and Gabby Hantak. Alternates for the race are Alex Porter and Allison Nickrent.

Congratulations to Gabby Hantak for qualifying for the state meet in the 800 meter run. Gabby ran the fourth fastest time out of all Missouri class 3 sectionals. Gabby will compete in the 800 prelims on Friday at Lincoln University in Jefferson City.

Spring 2011

Congrats to the RK Track 4x4 Relay as they placed 3rd which advances the relay to the State Meet. The team consisting of Kaitlyn Emig, Sarah Ross, Megan Campbell and Gabby Hantak ran a combined time of 4:08.69. Great job Kougars!!
