Spring 2012
Congratulations to the Kicking Kougars on their phenomenal finish to a very successful soccer season. The team finished second in Class 2, after coming up on the short end side of 0-1 loss the AAA rival St. Dominic, the number one ranked school in the state.
The team knocked off Smithville 2-1 in a very physical game on Fri. June 1 at Blue Springs, Mo and then took on league rival St. Dominic in the state final on Sat. June 2. In another very hard fought contest. The Kougars fell to the Crusaders from O'Fallon, 0-1. Congratulations to all the players and coaches on a very successful season.
With a record of 23-6-1 the team had more victories than any other in school history and finished the season ranked higher than ever before as #2 in the state for Class 2 schools. In 2006 the Kougars finished #3.
