Alumnae
About the R-K Alumnae Association
Founded in 1915, the Alumnae Association formed under Ethel Wurdock, '15, to honor the alumnae of the school and start programs that would continue the school's excellence for future students. With two prominent alumnae presidents in the Association's early years, Frances McKenna Harrington '17 and Helen Jolley Kelly '19, the Association continued to grow.
In 1965, the Alumnae Association marked its fiftieth anniversary with a mass celebrated by Cardinal Joseph Ritter at the Cathedral Basilica. Honoring the class of 1915, the first class to celebrate its fiftieth reunion, the Cardinal joined the alumnae for their jubilee celebration at the school.
The current Alumnae Association, led by president Sharon Sanders '63, meets three times a year to promote the mission of the Alumnae Association and celebrate the students at Rosati-Kain High School. The Association encourages all alumnae to participate in the alumnae events including the Alumnae Association meetings, Decade Reunions, and the Alumnae Mass and Brunch.
