Located in the city's Central West End, Rosati-Kain serves young women diverse in religious, geographical, social, racial and economic backgrounds.

Rosati-Kain is accredited as a college preparatory school by the North Central Association and Missouri Department of Education. Currently, there are 47 faculty and staff members, of which 4 are religious and 78% hold advanced degrees.

Admission is by selection based on standardized test scores and grade school records. There are currently 410 students enrolled.
